IT Operations Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for infrastructure network alarm monitoring and automatic operation and maintenance platform operation and maintenance work to ensure the stable operation of the network;

2. Responsible for daily network inspection and maintenance, and timely handle network failures;

3. Daily network monitoring, connectivity of each network node, bandwidth occupancy, daily monitoring of egress traffic, WAN status, and network security status;

4. Regular monthly maintenance of the network, such as regular patch installation, active-active switching operations, etc.;

5. According to business needs, adjust network configuration to support business systems, and make and update network topology;

6. The project involves network-related technical support.

Qualifications:

1. Full-time college degree or above, major in computer related;

2. More than 3 years working experience in digital communication industry;

3. Proficient in routing\switching\security technology, proficient in TCP/IP protocol stack; familiar with dynamic routing protocols such as rip, ospf, bgp, and proficient in network maintenance and troubleshooting;

4. Pass Huawei Datacom HCIE/Cisco CCIE certification or equivalent or above certification qualifications;

5. Flexible thinking, good at communication and expression, and good teamwork ability.
